Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation terms should define freight assumptions, access obligations, building rules, inspection steps, and damage reporting windows before deposit.
Delivery modelAustralian orders are quoted with freight and white-glove delivery assumptions shown separately from the product price unless otherwise stated.
Access obligationsCustomers and trade partners must disclose stairs, lifts, loading docks, parking, floor level, door widths, tight turns, building rules, and delivery window restrictions before dispatch.
Installation boundaryPlacement and basic installation coordination can be included where quoted. Plumbing, electrical, structural fixing, waterproofing, and builder works remain outside scope unless agreed in writing.

Difficult accessIf disclosed access details are inaccurate or site conditions prevent delivery, additional costs, redelivery, storage, or specialist handling may be required.
