Eligibility

Trade access is for interior designers, architects, procurement teams, professional stylists, and sourcing firms with a genuine project pipeline.
April's Form Australia may request ABN, website, portfolio, project type, and expected annual spend before approving access.
Trade access can be adjusted or removed if project information is inaccurate or the relationship is inactive.

Pricing and commissions

Trade pricing is project-specific and may vary by category, stone, order value, complexity, delivery risk, and repeat pipeline.
Referral or commission structures must be agreed in writing before a client is introduced.
Trade discounts do not override deposit, production, freight, delivery, damage, or Australian Consumer Law obligations.

Samples and specifications

Samples are issued to support active or near-term projects and should be linked to a lead or quote request.
Trade users remain responsible for communicating natural variation, care, and delivery assumptions to their clients.
No piece enters production until written specifications, payment stage, and approval requirements are clear.
